Kaliningrad International Airport (Khrabrovo) has started serving passengers using electronic boarding passes

Kaliningrad (Khrabrovo) airport has implemented technical support for passengers with electronic boarding, including barcode scanning devices for mobile electronic devices and an electronic database information system.

The electronic boarding pass is sent to the passenger's mobile device after online check-in. Please note that this service is only available for passengers travelling with airlines that have confirmed this service.

The electronic boarding pass must be saved on a mobile device and be available to present at the airport or on board the aircraft upon request at any time, even without Internet access.

A boarding pass with a barcode contains the passenger's first and last name, flight number, departure date, final boarding time, boarding gate number, and the seat number on board the aircraft. Other information can also be included on the boarding pass if necessary.

An electronic boarding pass must be presented at the airport using a mobile device when passing through pre-flight security, at the boarding gate, and to flight attendants upon entering the plane.

Please note that you must present your passport when going through pre-flight security.

Printed out boarding passes are still valid throughout the airport. Passengers will be provided printed copies of their boarding passes at the check-in counter.

If for some reason a passenger does not have access to their electronic boarding pass at the airport, a paper copy of their boarding pass must be printed out at the check-in counter no later than 45 minutes before the flight's departure.

Passengers may print a boarding pass on their own before arriving at the airport or at a boarding pass printing kiosk installed at the airport.

If the passenger is traveling with luggage, luggage must be checked in at the airport check-in counter after the passenger has checked in online.
